WILD IN DESIGN

THEMANBEHIND THE DESIGN

Hello,

Here is a little about me.

First of all, I grew up in the Willamette Valley in Oregon. I was that kid that always tore his toys apart to see how they worked. By the age of nine I could accurately tell you what car was on the road at night just by the headlights and tail light shapes. Ive had automobiles in my blood as long as I can remember.

I grew up fixing motorcycles, four wheelers, farm eqiupment, and pretty much anything else that needed fixing. We didnt have the money for the right tools, or parts, so I learn how to mix and match things to make them work.

I went to Job Corps to learn Heavy construction mechanics in 1990. Shortly after that due to economic problems in the United States, I joined the US Navy and stay there until I retired in 2011. Over the course of my life each new experience gave me the tool set for the next step in my life. Each thing I fixed, and repaired became the building blocks for the next project.

In 2006 I put my fabrication skills to the test and completed a film accurate Darth Vader costume and ran with the 501st legion for awhile raising money for childrens charities.

In 2009 I purchased the Sterling kit car, and began a long adventure into the art of automobile design. I wanted something unique, sleek, and beautiful. This car would become the base for the most grand of adventures in money, time, education, and expression. Sports cars are an art. Beautiful to look at, excillerating to drive. They embody passion in its truest sense.
